Sellers must provide correct bank details in their profile. Payments are sent automatically once the buyer confirms delivery.

When you create an account or use Onicha Marketplace, we collect your name, email, phone number, profile picture, and—if you are a seller—your bank account details for receiving payments. We also store your listings, transaction history, chat messages, and any documents you upload.
Your contact details are used solely to facilitate communication between buyers and sellers, to process escrow payments, and to send you important notifications about your orders. Your bank details are used only to transfer your earnings when a sale is completed.
After a purchase is made, the buyer and seller can see each other's phone number to arrange delivery. We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share information only when required by law or to protect our platform from fraud.
